Primary Purpose


The Industrial IT Analyst II is responsible for the administration, troubleshooting, and support of control system computer equipment and networks, security camera systems, badging systems, AV media systems, and plant-wide network infrastructure to include network switches, fiber breakout panels, STP & UTP Cat5 and Cat6 as well as fiber optic cabling.





Specific Key accountabilities


  • Designs, troubleshoots, and maintains applicable control system computers and equipment.
  • Procures materials for projects, and maintains material procurement records.
  • Plans, designs, and implements projects.
  • Supervise assigned electricians and direct tasks during projects.
  • Image and Deploy PCs conforming to Constellium standards.
  • Support production affecting issues after hours.
  • Manage and coordinate tasks with Engineering, Maintenance and Production.
  • Support Facility Access and Camera Platforms
  • Manage and support Thin Manager platform.
  • Cross functional collaboration within IT, Maintenance, and Supported Business Units.




Leadership competencies, technical skills requirement

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Cisco / Allied Telesis IOS Configuration
  • Basic understanding of GE and Rockwell Automation platforms
  • Strong problem solving, judgment, and critical thinking skills
  • Aptitude for detailed work requiring a high degree of accuracy
  • Good communication, high level of autonomy, collaboration and interpersonal skills are equally important
  • Perform, understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation, and have a good track record working effectively within a team-based environment
